Juniors
Stretton Cricket Club has a proud tradition of providing safe and fun cricket to children of all ages.
We have quite a number of children within the age groups available and the places fill up very quickly indeed.
If your child is interested in playing cricket, why not contact us by one of the methods on our contacts page and if we have a space available, we will be more than happy to welcome them to our club!
Do you fancy helping out?
We currently plan to have one team in each of the Junior age groups, that is U13's and U15's and U11's.
It is always difficult to provide enough supervision for all these planned teams and therefore we are seeking assistance from parents and guardians to help out.
All you need to volunteer for this rewarding role is your time!
We will provide training in scoring, etc. and a qualified coach will be on hand on match days to assist our volunteers!
Juniors' Winter Nets
2012 winter training commenced on Saturday 28th January in the Sports Hall at Bridgewater High School, Lower School site. 
The training sessions run for eight weeks, up to and including Saturday 10th March 2012.
Session times depend on age group:

Accredited coaches teach techniques in batting, bowling and fielding in age-based groups.
The emphasis is on helping players develop the skills they need, so that they can go out and enjoy their cricket with confidence.
